The Empty Restaurant Syndrome.

You know what it is like, you are in a new town walking down the street and are looking for something to eat, you are looking through the windows of the restaurants as you pass. You walk by one restaurant, it looks new and shiny but there are only a few customers, you move on. You come to another restaurant it is a bit tatty on the outside, as you look in the window and you see that there are only a couple of seats left, you immediately make the decision to go inside based on the fact that you think busy equals good.

You get ushered rather ungraciously to the last remaining seat in a corner near the toilet. You look through the menu, there is only a basic menu with limited choice, you make the choice picking what you think would be the nicest thing on the menu.

You sit there looking around the place hoping for a nice meal in pleasant ambient surroundings, it reality you have been waiting over an hour, the restaurant is loud and noisy, you are feeling hot and bothered and the meal when it does arrive is awful.

You leave, disappointed, unfulfilled and  frustrated thinking that you were sure that this restaurant would have been the best choice.

As you walk by the new restaurant you stop and look at the menu in the window, there are a few people in now, the menu looks appealing, you think "I wish that I had gone in there now." however you have had your hunger diminished but not your appetite for good food.

Frustrated you walk home reminding yourself to check out the new restaurant next time that you pass.

The Black Box Insurance Forum is just that, a new restaurant, in a new town.

Come in grab a seat, sit down,  we are a friendly bunch, sample the menu, join in the conversation, create your own, become a regular.

We will always have something on the menu that will appeal.

Please give us a little time to grow though, share our experience, tell your friends, grow our community, it is only you that can turn this establishment in to a world class experience.

Regards,

Iain
